Felix Ortecho, CGB

Felix is responsible for leading the development and execution of our long-term strategies. He is a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) from the National Association of Home Builders, an award winning entrepreneur and seasoned real estate investor.

Felix holds an Engineering degree from Simon Bolivar University and an MBA from RICE University.

CFO

Elba Parra

Elba is responsible for managing our financial operations and overseeing our capital structure. She is an experienced credit risk and finance professional.

Elba holds an Engineering Degree from Simon Bolivar University and an MBA from Durham University.

Alberto Ortecho

Alberto, our exclusive realtor, is in charge of marketing and sales of our projects. He holds a Engineering Degree from Universidad Simon Bolivar and a Masters in Project Management from Business Engineering School La Salle in Spain.

Alberto is a licensed real state agent for the state of Texas.
